The compactor bags we use in our equipment are manufactured from virgin woven polypropylene. This is a biodegradable material which makes it safe for landfill disposal. If something should puncture or cut the material, it will not continue to tear or rip.

The bags have a duffel type closure which is gathered together and securely tied when the bag is full. This ensures that the trash remains in the bag and prevents spillage during storage.

There are four (4) lifting straps which are used to secure the bag while it is being used as well as for lifting the bags out of the compaction chamber once it is full.

ENVIRO-PAK® carries a large inventory of bags to accommodate our customers and most orders can be shipped the same day.

Some of our customers use our compactor bulk sacks for general waste containment when there is no compactor on location. Because of this, ENVIRO-PAK® developed a stand that enables the customer to have full access to the bag keeping it stationary and easily accessible. The bag stands are specially designed to
  • be used with the model 3000, 4000 and 5000 bags
  • feature a fold up design for added convenience when shipping or not in use
  • feature welded bag hooks for keeping the bag in place
  • feature hooks to secure the lifting straps

ENVIRO-PAK® uses only the best quality bulk sacks that are offered on the market today. All of our bulk sacks are ordered to our specifications in order to meet the rigid standard our company demands.

First, bags are measured for size, specifically overall bag length, width , and height. The lifting straps are measured to verify the required length and width. All sewing is visually inspected for alignment, tightness, and overall quality.
The bag is then placed in our FIBC testing machine and tested to it's maximum pressure. 




Our testing machine tests the bag to hold five times the working load of the bag.
